Chemical properties of PMMA 100% PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) Our PMMAs can be processed with any CAD-CAM milling machine. The material can only be used in casting for carcass and crown modeling. Its biggest advantages are that it is more resistant than modeling wax and is compatible for large jobs, and its residue-free burning. It should not be kept under the sun and in humid environments.
