Field of Use and Properties

It is an extra bonding material that strengthens the metal-porcelain bond in metal-ceramic systems. The oxide-absorbing materials in its structure absorb the oxide layer formed on the metal, allowing the glassy part to form a stronger bond with the non-oxidized metal. In proportion to the oxide rate of the metal, it creates its own color between golden yellow and orange. After sintering, a rough surface forms, helping the opaquer to be applied easily and to create a physical bond. The fact that it is very occlusive is very helpful for the opaquer layer. It is recommended to use in Cr-Ni alloys. During the implementation phase, it should be applied as a thin layer. The recommended liquids are the standard opaquer liquid extra or creamy opaquer liquid produced by our company. Recommended sintering is as in the table.
